LOS ANGELES – Taylor Lautner is suing an RV dealership he claims didn’t deliver a customized coach in time for use on his current movie shoot.
The star of the “Twilight” series sued the Irvine, Calif., dealership of McMahon’s RV in Los Angeles on Monday. The lawsuit claims McMahon’s missed a June deadline to deliver a $300,000 customized 2006 Affinity Country Coach RV.
The lawsuit doesn’t specify what special features the 18-year-old wanted for the RV, which would serve as his dressing room. He is currently filming the action-thriller “Abduction” and is reprising his role as Jacob Black in the two-part “Twilight finale, “Breaking Dawn.”
A phone message left at the McMahon’s dealership Monday was not immediately returned.

As if perpetually groggy from sleep, In Touch has a tough time telling fantasy from reality.
For instance, Lily Collins is playing Taylor Lautner’s love interest in Abduction, as Gossip Cop reported. It’s a movie, which means Collins and Lautner play characters who are a couple.
It does not mean that the two have become romantic in real life, despite what the National Enquirer has insisted in the past. In Touch goes with the Enquirer’s “reality” this week.
According to the tab, Lautner has gotten so close to Collins during filming he’s “dumped his on-again/off-again girlfriend, Sara Hicks.” An “insider” claims he broke up with Hicks by phone and has been “gushing to friends” about his amazing chemistry with Collins.
The tabs take turns trying to stir up real-life romance between Lautner and Collins, much like those perpetual rumors of Lautner-Kristen Stewart on-set love that never went anywhere. Right now, the Abduction speculation is nothing more than that.
Like any pair spending long hours together, Lautner and Collins could develop something more than a friendship, but as of now they have not. It looks as though In Touch has failed another “chemistry” test.

On one hand Twilight Saga:Eclipse in theaters is minting money and on the other hand t-shirts and other products are amassing collections for the vampire fraternity. However the one person not fazed by the glamor of the Twilight Saga is Miley Cyrus. She doesn’t even bat an eyelid to the charm of Robert Pattinson or just ignores the smartness of Taylor Lautner.
She says she gets terrified of a wolf displayed on t-shirts or television set. She prefers to keep deadly beings as vampire and werewolf out of her life. Miley refused to have seen any of the movie in the series.
Miley should have at least shown some courtesy to the pair who are the heart beats of millions. Nonetheless, she may forget everything she should have at least re-payed the debt of Kristin Stewart. Kristin Stewart prefers Miley Cyrus over Lady Gaga on her play-list. Someone needs to tell Miley all vampires are not lethal and the living example is Bella Swan. She is perfectly fine and is turning werewolf against vampire. She will go to the winner- the bigger macho man!

Baton Rouge’s film industry will gain some fresh blood this fall as the next installment of the “Twilight” saga comes to shoot in the capital city.
Summit Entertainment has announced it will be filming parts of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” in Baton Rouge and Vancouver, Canada, beginning in the fall.
Amy Mitchell-Smith, executive director of the Baton Rouge Film Commission, said Summit has been scouting locations and researching Baton Rouge for “well over a month.”
Summit is still deliberating what will specifically be filmed in Baton Rouge, Mitchell-Smith said, but the production will begin sometime this fall.
Mitchell-Smith said she couldn’t confirm specific dates, but she expects the project will remain in the city until spring 2011.
“That in and of itself makes this, aside from the pop culture phenomenon aspect of ‘Twilight,’ something that will be hugely beneficial for the [Baton Rouge] market,” she said.
“Breaking Dawn,” the fourth chapter in the “Twilight” story, will be released as two separate films in the franchise, which has grossed more than $1.4 billion worldwide to date, according to a news release from Summit Entertainment.
Getting the vampire film juggernaut to the Red Stick was the result of aggressive marketing by the Baton Rouge Film Commission, said Paul Arrigo, chairman of the BRFC and president of the Baton Rouge Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
“The Baton Rouge Film Commission was very involved with soliciting and nabbing ‘Twilight’ for Baton Rouge,” Arrigo said.
Mitchell-Smith said she worked hard to communicate constantly with the film’s producers, making herself available at all times for questions about production.
“We’re putting our best foot forward in the market and showing them exactly what it is they want to see,” she said. “This is about customer service, first and foremost.”
In addition to Louisiana’s tax incentives to production studios, Mitchell-Smith said Baton Rouge offers a wide array of benefits that lure projects to the city.
“The film industry obviously spends so much money locally that another major reason you have local offices like our Baton Rouge Film Commission is so we can be aggressive promoters and marketers of our area,” she said.
One of the city’s programs to benefit film studios is a “grassroots vendor discount program,” Mitchell-Smith said.
The program includes more than 70 local businesses, ranging from office supply stores to restaurants, spas and car rental companies, which typically offer 15- to 20-percent discounts to film productions.
In addition to helping keep production costs manageable for film studios, the program also benefits local businesses that get more traffic and can create brand awareness in the film industry, Mitchell-Smith said.
The production’s prolonged presence in Baton Rouge will be advantageous for local crew members who will have work for as long as the project is in the city.
“Sometimes you’re on a show for two to three months, then you’re looking for another production,” Mitchell-Smith said. “Folks on this [project] will have consistent employment and a huge resume builder, never even having to go to California.”
Mitchell-Smith said “Breaking Dawn” will be an “enormous boost” to Baton Rouge’s economy through set building and production work, as well as the stimulus of cast and crew who stay in hotels and eat in local restaurants.
“There is a constant multiplication on the dollars the production is spending in our community,” she said.
As the “Breaking Dawn” production swoops into Baton Rouge, the city also has a chance to promote itself by offering local haunts for members of the production to sink their teeth into.
“There will be so many people temporarily in town, including actors, actresses and crew, who are, in effect, visitors,” Arrigo said.
Mitchell-Smith said Baton Rouge offers film casts and crews ample activities to entertain them during downtime.
“If you spend a couple months working in a market unfamiliar to you, work is a priority, but you want to have some fun,” she said. “One of the benefits of filming in southern Louisiana in general is you can go to LSU football games or you can ride bikes around the LSU lakes, like Patrick Dempsey has been doing.”
Dempsey has been in Baton Rouge for the last several weeks filming “Flypaper,” a comedy about a bank robbery, and has been spotted around the city.
Arrigo said he hopes to develop ways to tie in aspects of Baton Rouge and Louisiana with the presence of “Breaking Dawn” and the HBO series “True Blood,” which filmed in Baton Rouge last summer.
With the current craze of vampire literature and film, Arrigo said area attractions like the 13th Gate haunted house and the Myrtles Plantation could be tied in to those productions.
“There’s a certain following that would come to this area and want to visit to those sites,” he said.

Do you have any idea how many hours a week it takes Taylor Lautner to get those abs? A lot.
Sources are telling me the ‘Twilight’ hunk has had enough and is longing for a day that doesn’t involve crunches and dieting. “When all his friends are drinking beers and eating pizza, he is that annoying one that is always watching his figure,” a source tells me.
Due to major physical changes that occur in the character of Jacob Black throughout the ‘Twilight’ series, the director of Twilight’s sequel, ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon,’ considered replacing Lautner with a different actor. But Lautner went to major physical lengths to keep the role. Lautner weight trained extensively and gained approximately 30 pounds!
“The amount of dedication that goes into looking like that is no joke. It’s a 24/7 job,” the insider adds.
Joe Dowdell, author of ‘Ultimate You,’ dishes on how Taylor maintains those howling, muscular six-pack abs.
“Getting chiseled abs comes from a combination of smart training and proper nutritional intake. Your abs will only become visible once the fat is stripped off the muscle and nutrition is a key component to that process.”
Ah. It’s not easy being beautiful.

Were you expecting all this fan hysteria when you first signed up?
It’s funny, but I hadn’t even heard of Twilight before I did it. And it is getting bigger and bigger. When I signed up for the role I found out the following behind us, it was so much bigger than I expected, and it is definitely different to anything I have and ever will experience in the future, I’m sure.
Have you got used to being so famous?
You actually never do because it’s just not normal to walk out on stage and have thousands of people screaming at you.
How do you avoid attention?
You have to be smart about where and when you decide to go places. Walking down Rodeo Drive in LA is probably not a good idea. I find certain hangouts where I know I can have fun, enjoy it and it’s also a safe place to be.
Do your mates take the p*ss?
Everybody teases me about the shirtless thing and my little jean shorts. It’s all good, though.
What have you been spending your money on?
It is tough to go shopping when you are busy. You don’t want to purchase something extravagant, because you are just going to leave it behind. One thing my parents taught me is to save my money because you never know what is going to happen. Tomorrow you may lose everything! My parents have been a big help. I make sure to have them on set to visit because it does get lonely, filming for three months, so I like bringing home to wherever I am. My friends visit quite often. I usually have someone there. I am never there by myself for too long.
It must be more difficult to meet new people now.
To meet new people is not, but to trust new people; you definitely have to be more aware and careful. You just have to take things slow and get to know them well. The Twilight cast have become great friends though. I’m definitely not looking forward to the day this series finishes, but we will keep lifelong relationships. We’re all in Vancouver filming and we have dinner at night and we hang out and go to the gym, that sort of stuff.
You’re one of the hottest actors in Hollywood. How does that feel?
Really? [laughs] I wouldn’t consider myself that. Twilight’s been an incredible platform… It’s an amazing place to be.
There’s a lot of romance in the film. Are you romantic?
I can be. For me it’s something more simple, not going out and doing something extravagant. It’s more like just being able to talk to each other, sitting down and sharing stories or whatever, rather than staying busy. If you go to a baseball game or something you can’t have one-on-one time where you get to know each other.
Are you more like Jacob or Edward?
Jacob. I think the closest thing I can identify with is his persistence. He fights for Bella a lot, and I’ve been taught my whole life, and it’s definitely been the case, that nothing comes without hard work. Jacob is very persistent and you’ve got to love a girl quite a bit to fight that much
Would you fight for a girl that way?
If I loved somebody the way Jacob loves Bella, then of course.
What’s the weirdest experience you’ve had with a fan?
We were in Sydney and were signing stuff, including people’s arms and things and this girl had a massive wolf pack tattoo, identical to the one on my shoulder in the movie. She asked me to sign just below it and, later that night, Kristen’s like, ‘I bet that girl is going to get your signature tattooed’. Sure enough the next day it was all over the internet that this girl had my signature tattooed to her arm.
Have you ever been starstruck?
I was starstruck when I met Tom Cruise for the first time, although he wasn’t Tom Cruise, he was Les Grossman [his character from Tropic Thunder]. I walked up to him and he was facing away from me, and he’s doing his dance moves, and I’m like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me, this is my idol, this is Tom Cruise,’ and he turns around in the suit and introduced himself. He’s my icon; I want a career like his!
What’s a perfect day for you?
When I’m not working it’s doing nothing. On the couch, watching TV, spending time with friends and family and doing nothing.
What do you like to watch on TV?
Probably American Idol. I’m a big American Idol fan. Huge. And I called Lee (DeWyze, who won) right from the beginning. When they got down to the top 24 or something I was like, ‘This guy is going to win.’
So you actually called in and voted?
Not any more, but I did eight years ago when the show started. For the first three years I would dial in. I think – this is going to sound psychotic – let’s see, eight years ago I was like 10 years old. I’m 10 and there was this girl that I really liked. I forget her name. I think she came in like sixth place and I literally called in for her 60 times. It was crazy.
