Sources are telling me the ‘Twilight’ hunk has had enough and is longing for a day that doesn’t involve crunches and dieting. “When all his friends are drinking beers and eating pizza, he is that annoying one that is always watching his figure,” a source tells me.
Due to major physical changes that occur in the character of Jacob Black throughout the ‘Twilight’ series, the director of Twilight’s sequel, ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon,’ considered replacing Lautner with a different actor. But Lautner went to major physical lengths to keep the role. Lautner weight trained extensively and gained approximately 30 pounds!

“The amount of dedication that goes into looking like that is no joke. It’s a 24/7 job,” the insider adds.

Joe Dowdell, author of ‘Ultimate You,’ dishes on how Taylor maintains those howling, muscular six-pack abs.

“Getting chiseled abs comes from a combination of smart training and proper nutritional intake. Your abs will only become visible once the fat is stripped off the muscle and nutrition is a key component to that process.”

Twilight’s R-Pattz reveals that things get pretty intimate on set. New Twilight movie Eclipse is another huge hit and Robert Pattinson has one favourite scene in the film.

He and co-star Taylor Lautner have to get very friendly. ‘I liked the tent scene because ?I have to grab Taylor’s chest and his nipples get hard really easily,’ laughs Rob, 24. ‘We had to re-shoot the scene basically for that reason!’

Boys will be boys and R-Pattz and Taylor, 18, do like to tease each other. ‘It seems like I’m always picking on Taylor, but the funniest moment was when he was in ?this little grey Spandex suit he sometimes had to wear for the CGI,’ Rob reveals. ‘Taylor quite frequently ?out-mans me, so seeing him ?in that little Spandex outfit ?made me feel much better ?about myself.

‘He looked great ?in it, though. Very sexy!’

“She’s like 110 lbs? It’s no big deal,” Taylor originally said of holding Kristen. But he changed his tune after toting her around for a full day of shooting Eclipse.

You’d think 20-year-old Eclipse star Kristen Stewart, at 5?6?and about 110 lbs, would be as light as a feather for co-star Taylor Lautner, 18, to carry around — but you’d be wrong. Even with his karate training and new muscles, “it was hard … it was painful,” Taylor confessed to MTV!

“There’s a scene where I’m carrying her, and it’s also, like, four pages of dialogue,” Taylor explained. “We filmed that scene ALL day long — did the wide shot, did my close-up, did her close-up, the back shot, everything!”

“We actually had plans, a rig that was basically going to carry her, and I was just going to pretend that I was carrying her,” Taylor continued. “we got there on the day, and the rig didn’t look very natural. They were like, ‘What are we going to do?’ and I’m like, ‘I’ll just carry her. She’s like, what, 110 pounds? It’s no big deal!’ Boy was he wrong.

But, that’s not the only situation Taylor was bracing himself for. He also wanted K-Stew to punch him! “I wanted her just to give me a shot, let her punch me once, and we’ll be done,” he said. “Of course, we couldn’t do that, so it was some major technical thing where I had to stand there and pretend I’m getting punched and then … we had to have her fist punching a bag. It was very technical.”

Taylor Lautner has admitted that no matter where he is in the world, he never misses an episode of American Idol.

The 18 year old actor, who shot to fame as Jacob Black in the Twilight movie franchise, might be filming or taking part in a promotional tour, but he has admitted that he always finds time to watch his favourite TV programme.

Speaking to Teen Hollywood, Taylor said: “American Idol, definitely. So You Think You Can Dance as well, but American Idol would definitely be number one for me. I haven’t missed an episode in eight or nine years.

“I can’t believe I just said that. I can’t sing, and that’s the funny thing. Maybe that’s why I like watching it so much. I know there’s no way I can do that.”

Taylor Lautner had a crush on Jessica Alba “for the longest time”.

The 18-year-old actor became a worldwide sex symbol when he showed off his amazing abs in the latest Twilight film New Moon. He is now followed everywhere he goes by a flock of screaming girls, but claims can relate to them because he used to have similar feelings for Jessica.

“These fans are pretty intense and passionate,” he said. “I don’t know if I’ve been quite like that for anybody but when I was younger, I liked Jessica Alba for the longest time!”

Taylor says his fans manage to find him even when he is visiting the tiniest town in rural America. He admits he has made changes in his life to cope with all the attention, but insists he loves his fans.

“We have passionate fans everywhere we go,” he told Top of the Pops magazine. “Even in the smallest town, we have a fan base there. It’s really comforting to know that we have that supports.”

“You definitely have to make adjustments and I guess you could say that walking around unnoticed is the one thing you miss the most, but it’s just a matter of choosing the right places to go.”

Thanks to my girls at Twilighted.net … I found the body to this photo… which from the start I knew was NOT the real Taylor Lautner body… but we all remember when this photo leaked MANY.. and mean MANY girls thought this was Taylor’s bod.. some still think that today.. well … it’s not. LOL. Edilson Nascimento’s body was “borrowed” from the photo shoot spread for The Boy last year… lol. Well, this male model is pretty cute… lol

Listen up, “Twilight” fans, there’s a new vamp on the block and she’s stalking your favorite werewolf. Taylor Lautner, it’s your girl, Snooki!

When Hollywood Life asked her if she was Team Jacob or Team Edward, “Jersey Shore’s” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi told them that “Twilight’s” teenaged lady-killer was more her type of pickle.

“Ooh, his body,” says the “Jersey Shore” vixen. “Perfect.”

Some may think Snooki is straying away from her usual type. It’s really not strange to us that the 21-year-old trash reality star would dig Taylor Lautner. One of the things we know about Snooki is her perfect type: A short, juicehead guido.

Ok, so Lautner isn’t sporting a “blowout,” but there are rumors that his guns are a result of a bit of “juicing.” Not that we believe that at all.

Contrary to reports stating otherwise, Tom Cruise will not be costarring in the forthcoming Taylor Lautner action flick Northern Lights. Though the idea of Cruise playing the controlling billionaire father of a young aerobatics pilot (Lautner) does sound pretty great, a rep for David Ellison’s Skydance Productions tells EW that character does not exist and that Cruise is not attached to the project in any way. The official logline: “Set against the backdrop of extreme flying, Northern Lights follows four young pilots as they compete against the world’s best. A story of teamwork, sacrifice, loss, and victory, these young aviators push themselves to physical and emotional limits in the unforgiving world of performance aerobatics.”

The film — which, to be fair, does sound a bit like Top Gun with a need for speed and [insert imaginary word that means flips but rhymes] — will be directed by John Moore (Max Payne, Flight of the Phoenix, Behind Enemy Lines). Production begins this April in Louisiana.

I, for one, am loving this. When I think of hot young pilots, I think of leather jackets, and Lautner, who will be 18 when he gets his wings, happens to look great in those. We also know that Taylor — who was a four-time world champion of extreme martial arts by age 11, and is the reigning Late Night motorccyle racing champ — isn’t afraid to push it. If action movies are what he wants to do, let him. The Twilight Saga will continue to show his softer side; pics like Northern Lights could even out his fan base.
